Wholesale Policy

Interested in selling Lead Out? Please review our Resale Policy below. Any violation of our Resale Policy will result in immediate suspension of your account.

  • U.S. Retailers: We require a minimum order of $500 (not including shipping) 
  • International Retailers: We require a minimum order of $500 (not including shipping) 
  • Ecommerce Retailers: We require a minimum order of $750 (not including shipping)
Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP): We require that our online retailers follow our MSRP. Any violation to this policy will result in an immediate suspension to your account.
For domestic wholesalers: We allow our retailers to temporarily list our products at 15% off (for a maximum of 10 days a month) to incentivize purchase. This discount cannot be used as the primary MSRP. This discount cannot be used for domestic based ecommerce retailers.
Wholesale Return Policy: No returns are accepted at this time. If you have any questions related to this issue feel free to reach out as we would love to hear from you. 
Third Party Sellers: Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell resell our products to any other business (retail or ecommerce) or list our products on any third party marketplaces (Amazon,  etc.) 
Lead Out! Retail Sales:  Wholesale pricing is fixed, and therefore, wholesalers cannot participate in Lead Out! discounted retail sales.
Brand and Likeness: We do not allow the creation of non-affiliated Lead Out! Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and like social channels that use our name and likeness. Use of our brand is strictly regulated and monitored, violation may result in limits on orders or termination of your account. Reposting of original content must receive written or verbal approval by an authorized representative. Use of original content on your company website is only available upon written or verbal authorization. Social channel tags are encouraged, please work with your rep with any questions.
