We build our bags to go the distance. That’s why every Lead Out Gear bag is backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty, covering you against defects in materials and workmanship—because good gear should never let you down.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies only to bags and covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues for 5 years from the date of purchase. If your bag fails due to something we did wrong, we’ll repair or replace it—no fuss.

What’s Not Covered

While we wish we could cover everything, a few things fall outside the warranty. These include:

• Regular wear and tear from well-loved use
• Accidental damage (like crashing or overstuffing)
• Cosmetic scuffs or marks that don’t affect performance
• Lost or stolen bags
• Repairs or alterations done by third parties
• Non-bag products (e.g. apparel or accessories)

Crash Replacement Program

Took a tumble? If your bag gets damaged in a crash and can't be repaired, we’ve got you. We’ll give you 30% off a replacement bag, no matter how wild the story is. Just send us a photo and proof of purchase.

Don’t Have the Original Receipt?

If you're the original owner but the receipt's long gone, we still want to help. You’ll get 30% off a replacement bag—no judgment, no stress.

Eligibility

• Warranty applies only to bags, and only to the original owner
• Requires proof of purchase from leadoutgear.com or one of our retail partners
• Customers cover shipping costs related to warranty claims and replacements

How to Start a Claim

• A quick description of what’s going on
• Photos of the bag
• Your order number or receipt (if you have it)
